I joined Al Serra in 2020 as a Service Advisor. I have over a decade of experience working in customer service. I come to work to provide my customers with a fun and honest experience, and I look forward to returning customers and seeing familiar faces. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with my loved ones and my kitten.

Whitney is great. very helpful. The entire service staff is very knowledgeable. Only remark (not for Whitney) is for your service workers. Strongly suggest that they wash there hands or cover the steering wheel before entering the vehicle. On several of the service visits the steering wheel was covered with dirt / workmen grime. Thank you!
