I joined Al Serra in 2020 as a Service Advisor. I have over a decade of experience working in customer service. I come to work to provide my customers with a fun and honest experience, and I look forward to returning customers and seeing familiar faces. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with my loved ones and my kitten.

Fine. Worked mainly with a gentleman. I wanted my tires rotated but they wouldn’t do it because they insisted I get new tires. My tires are not ready for replacement yet. I feel that they should have been rotated anyways.
