Overall experience has been great, we have been dealing with Vic for years. We have leased a Cadillac for the past seven years, the reason is Vic. It’s kind of a funny story, when I would bring the vehicle we were leasing at the time in for an oil change I would check out the new models and say “Hi” to Vic and two hours later I am driving a newer model Cadillac home.
