Everything was good before the sale. Tracy was prompt in responding to everything we asked. The entire transaction was remote. I never went to the dealership. The car was delivered to me. I was supposed to get copies of all the paperwork next day delivery. Also, "someone" was supposed to mail me the registration the next day. After 10 days with no paperwork received, I called. She had not yet sent the paperwork. I did get the paperwork the next day, but no registration. The following week I emailed her that I still had not received the registration. She said she would check with her office right away and will get back with me as soon as she has an update. Today is 2 days later and I am still waiting for an update. Strange thing is I called the Secretary of State office this morning and had a duplicate registration printed out in half an hour. I don' t know who, but someone dropped the ball on this one. But I do really like my new Subaru.

Tracy was outstanding! I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Tracy has a very relaxed approach. I did not feel pressured at all. She let me take all the time I needed to check out the vehicles and test drive. As a woman, I have felt intimidated to visit a dealership by myself in the past. This time I did not feel intimidated at all! Tracy made the process very clear and simple for me. I walked away feeling confident and happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend.
