Excellent! Tim is so very professional, kind, respectful and efficient. He located a new car for me quickly. I couldn’t find the title to my old car but he helped me through the process of obtaining a new one. He even called the DMV on my behalf to check if I would be able to walk in. He explained each document that needed my signature thoroughly and gave me a very detailed orientation on the new car. He adjusted his work schedule to meet me for the pick up. I’ve been working g with him for many years and I’ve never been disappointed.
