About Steve
I joined Al Serra in 2017 but have been around the automotive field since I was a teenager. I’ve spent the last ten years in the automotive profession as a technician after getting out of the military. I became a service advisor because I enjoy helping people. I grew up in Lansing, MI., but settled in Millington with my wife and two kids. My family and I enjoy horseback riding, adventuring to new places, and spending time outdoors.

Steve was awesome, he was helpful with my needs and assuring that my vehicle would be in good hands. He communicated with me when my vehicle was getting serviced and ready to pick up. When I returned to pick it up, Steve happened to be busy with a customer but I was quickly assisted by one of his teammates. Very good!
