About Steve
I joined Al Serra in 2017 but have been around the automotive field since I was a teenager. I’ve spent the last ten years in the automotive profession as a technician after getting out of the military. I became a service advisor because I enjoy helping people. I grew up in Lansing, MI., but settled in Millington with my wife and two kids. My family and I enjoy horseback riding, adventuring to new places, and spending time outdoors.

Steve went above and beyond to ensure the problem with my vehicle was identified and resolved. He didn’t just say “I never heard a 2023 Acadia clunk”. He drove my car, identified the problem and made sure it was fixed in a timely manner.
