I joined Al Serra in March of 2019. I love to challenge myself each day to be better than the previous day. Being a people’s person is one of the reasons why customers gravitate towards me. I have been told that I have a positive and infectious attitude. I believe everyone deserves fair and honest service, and that is what you get when you work with me! The best aspect of my job is making sure our customers feel comfortable and educated when they leave the plaza. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Some of my interests include basketball, weightlifting, and coaching (baseball and basketball).

Scott has been a pleasure to work with. My car has had multiple issues in a short time frame and he has handled it with care and efficiency. Even when I couldn’t get my car up to the dealer, he set up a loaner vehicle for me ahead of time and had everything ready to go for me when I was able to make it in. He has met me with my needs on my frustrations with the vehicle and I haven’t spent any time without a vehicle while my car has had service over the last month & I’ve only spent a matter of a few minutes at a time in the shop.
