About Scott
I joined Al Serra in March of 2019. I love to challenge myself each day to be better than the previous day. Being a people’s person is one of the reasons why customers gravitate towards me. I have been told that I have a positive and infectious attitude. I believe everyone deserves fair and honest service, and that is what you get when you work with me! The best aspect of my job is making sure our customers feel comfortable and educated when they leave the plaza. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Some of my interests include basketball, weightlifting, and coaching (baseball and basketball).

Excellent service. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and Scott was friendly, efficient and thorough. Scott provided suggested services needed for my vehicle and provided his contact information for any questions and updates. The service (oil change and tire rotation) was completed quickly and the techs deserve a shout out for their part as well.
