I joined Al Serra in March of 2019. I love to challenge myself each day to be better than the previous day. Being a people’s person is one of the reasons why customers gravitate towards me. I have been told that I have a positive and infectious attitude. I believe everyone deserves fair and honest service, and that is what you get when you work with me! The best aspect of my job is making sure our customers feel comfortable and educated when they leave the plaza. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Some of my interests include basketball, weightlifting, and coaching (baseball and basketball).

Overall, the service was Absolutely Great. I dropped off my vehicle over the weekend and received timely reminders leading up to my appointment, including one the morning of service. I even received a personal call from Scott Miller to review the issues before any work began, which I really appreciated. Once the service was completed, they called to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and done right the first time.
