Sara my experience with you could not have been any better. You met me at my car and said, "you must be Steve." I was in and out and back home with my loaner car in less than 30 minutes. Your call later that day said they had found the problem and had to order the replacement part. "Just keep the loaner car and go north as you planned." Your car will be ready Monday when you get back." Thank you Sara.
