I joined Al Serra in 2021 and am happy to help anybody with their service needs. I'm an upfront and honest person regarding your vehicle's services. I grew up in Clio, MI, and attended Mott Community College and Michigan State University. I'm a big Spartan and Detroit sports fan. On my down time when the weather is nice, I love to golf.

Excellent experience! I was finally able to get my check engine issue corrected.

Great - they originally could not find the intermittent issue, but I stopped back in when the issue happened and Russell immediately got the technician out there to look at it. It was then identified and I brought my vehicle back in and they fixed it with no issues.
