I joined Al Serra in 2021 and am happy to help anybody with their service needs. I'm an upfront and honest person regarding your vehicle's services. I grew up in Clio, MI, and attended Mott Community College and Michigan State University. I'm a big Spartan and Detroit sports fan. On my down time when the weather is nice, I love to golf.

I bought a Wrangler with a Carbravo service contract. The Wrangler had 3 issues covered under Carbravo. Carbrovo resisted covering, but between the used car team and Russell fighting for the claim, nearly 3k was fully covered.
