About Rob
I was born in Flint and have lived in the Flushing area for 10 years. I attended Davison High School and the University of Michigan-Flint. I joined Al Serra in 2010 and worked in our import service departments for 5 years, then returned in 2025 to the CDJR service department. I have been in the automotive service industry for almost 20 years, handling parts, warranty administration, and service. During that time, I have learned about many makes and brands and continue to expand my knowledge base to serve our guests and their needs best. I have been happily married to my amazing wife since 2023 and have a wonderful son. I love animals and have one dog and three cats. My family and my faith are the foundation of my life, and I bring these family-oriented values to my professional life. I strive for excellence, honesty, and integrity. I enjoy music, hiking, kayaking, and weightlifting. I look forward to serving you!

As always I was greeted by Rob seconds after entering the service center. I got a new set of tires as Mopar was running a buy 3 get one free special. Better price than Costco or Bell Tire. As estimated I received my vehicle back in two hours. New set of tires and an alignment all at a great price. Thanks again Rob I will be back!

My experience with Rob Taylor was excellent! I was there for a recall notice on my Jeep Compass. I was taken on time and was surprised to only wait one hour for my car to be ready for me. I also received a much-appreciated car wash!
