About Rob
I was born in Flint and have lived in the Flushing area for 10 years. I attended Davison High School and the University of Michigan-Flint. I joined Al Serra in 2010 and worked in our import service departments for 5 years, then returned in 2025 to the CDJR service department. I have been in the automotive service industry for almost 20 years, handling parts, warranty administration, and service. During that time, I have learned about many makes and brands and continue to expand my knowledge base to serve our guests and their needs best. I have been happily married to my amazing wife since 2023 and have a wonderful son. I love animals and have one dog and three cats. My family and my faith are the foundation of my life, and I bring these family-oriented values to my professional life. I strive for excellence, honesty, and integrity. I enjoy music, hiking, kayaking, and weightlifting. I look forward to serving you!

Hands down the most hospitable member of the Al Serra team. I had my 5 year old twins with me and they had so many questions for Mr Rob, he let them sit in his chair, got them unicorn key chains and was so friendly! May favor and blessings find him and his family for his kindness!
