I started at Al Serra in 2016 in our business development center and worked my way to being a Service Advisor. I enjoy working with customers and hope to help you soon. I grew up right here in Grand Blanc. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling in my free time.

I did not feel she was friendly. I pulled into the bay, I was not acknowledged for at least 2-3 minutes while I stood awkwardly outside my car. I also was not given a receipt. I was told that I had an issue with my vehicle, and that a tech would need to check it but not provided info as to when or how to go about this. I arrived earlier than my appt time and was met with a curt response regarding id probably have to wait longer. Overall I would not choose her as my advisor again.
