My experience was awesome! Tech found another underlying issue that I was not aware of and it was fixed promptly. As far as dealing with the extended warranty company(easy care) there was an issue with receipts for the purchase of engine oil. I should’ve known to keep better records so that is totally on me. Was able to get the issue repaired. I recommend Al Serra Chevrolet service to anyone in need.

Every thing went smoothly

I had two different repairs that were needed. After the first repair I was sent to the used car department. They said they do not do repairs and sent me back to the dealership. I was at the dealership for an additional hour to get the repairs done. I told the representative when I checked in that I had two repairs that were needed for the used truck that I had purchased a few weeks prior from Al Serra. So far not happy with the service department.
