My experience with Mike was awesome! He walked me through the hole process step by step. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them without making me feel stupid. Mike was very good and very fast at his job, I had to wait very little time. Mike also went out of his way to help me figure out insurance process. I recently bought my truck from Mike and I have to say this was one of the most refreshing and straightforward car buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, mike was genuinely helpful without any of the high-pressure tactics you usually get. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, asked smart questions about how I use my car, and never once tried to push me into something more expensive than I needed. When it came time to talk trade-in, I was fully prepared to get lowballed like I have in the past. Instead, Mike showed me exactly how they arrived at their offer, and honestly gave me a trade-in value that was significantly higher than what I was expecting. He was completely transparent about everything, the final out the door price, all the fees, available incentives. No surprises, no last-minute “add-ons,” no games. The whole process felt honest, efficient, and respectful of my time. I walked out feeling like I got a fair deal, actually a great deal and that he was truly on my side rather than just trying to maximize profit. 10/10 would buy from him again.
