I'm from Flint, MI, and studied at Saginaw Valley State University. My favorite hobbies include swimming, playing soccer, and participating in recreational basketball. I'm also a big fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. I enjoy working in the auto industry because it allows me to connect with people from all walks of life, helping them in the best way possible.

I get into dealerships often, had occasion get into some of Ford's best dealers during my career, and have friends that own dealerships and my experience at Al Serra was the best I've ever had. Mark was very customer driven, thorough, and refreshing. I likely won't do business again at Al Serra due to distance from my home, but if I discover they have something I'm looking for Mark will be my guy.
