About Marc
I joined Al Serra in 2022 but have worked for the Serra Automotive group for the last four years. It has been a great transition here, and pleasant to feel at home. Working with customers brings excellent stories, even though no one was to be in for service. We learn a lot about our customers and this great community in service. I came from growing up in Kalkaska, Michigan, and went to college at Saginaw Valley State University. I have three young kids with my wife, Chelsea, and we live here in Grand Blanc. GO BOBCATS! My family and I always love being outside, doing whatever we can, from walking and swimming to hunting and fishing.

Mark was great. He called me when he said he was going to like the next day to tell me the price before working in the car and I also appreciate it that he got me quick service to get a ride home and also to get the right to pick me up when it was time to pick the car up the service could not have been any better thank you Al Sarah, and Mark
