About Marc
I joined Al Serra in 2022 but have worked for the Serra Automotive group for the last four years. It has been a great transition here, and pleasant to feel at home. Working with customers brings excellent stories, even though no one was to be in for service. We learn a lot about our customers and this great community in service. I came from growing up in Kalkaska, Michigan, and went to college at Saginaw Valley State University. I have three young kids with my wife, Chelsea, and we live here in Grand Blanc. GO BOBCATS! My family and I always love being outside, doing whatever we can, from walking and swimming to hunting and fishing.

Marc was very informative and polite during my entire time at the dealership and should be commended for his professionalism and personality. I worked customer service for more than 40 years and know how frustrating the job can be, and how difficult it can be to keep a smile on your face and in your voice. Marc excelled at both and I was very pleased with his service.

Excellent. I was greeted upon arrival. Marc was friendly and professional. The requested service was performed and Marc prepared the invoice. I paid and was out the door in a very timely fashion. Thanks Marc!

It wasn't horrible. Idk maybe it was early for him. He was having issues with his credit processing machine. Maybe he was upset with that
