Logan greeted me as soon as I came into the service area. I had a piece of accordion looking plastic that fell on my head while driving. The tech couldn’t figure where it came from so we thought it blew into the sunroof from another vehicle. Come to find out it was a piece that covered the hardware in the sunroof. It was thrown it. He gladly ordered another on and replaced it at no charged. Wow! I’m so grateful for Logan, Cody and the whole staff at Al Serra. Best place to buy and maintenance your vehicle. Thank you Logan!!!!
