I want to welcome you to Al Serra Auto Plaza! I'm a Service Advisor who will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I joined the auto industry right out of high school and have enjoyed working with some of this business's colleagues and customers. I love spending my free time with my family and friends, especially my amazing husband, Joe, and our wonderful children, Joe and Samantha. I love baseball; go Tigers! One of my true passions in life is to help others!

Had to bring my car in for a problem with a heated seat. Lisa got me my appointment and I brought it in and I left it for repair. She kept me updated via text and let me know when it was finished. And ai was happy to hear that it was covered by warranty, so all was good. I always find it easy to work with Lisa at Serra Kia whenever I need to bring my Telluride in for service.
