About Kyle
Hello! I am excited to introduce myself as a new Sales Consultant here at the Al Serra Auto Plaza. In my role, I am focused entirely on delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients navigate the process of finding their perfect vehicle, parts, and accessories. My goal is to proudly represent the Al Serra brand while interacting with both new customers and colleagues every day. My path to the automotive world is unique. I was born in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and moved to Walled Lake, Michigan, when I was 12. Professionally, I have spent over a decade building a robust background in IT and Cybersecurity, a field in which I earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security. When I am not at the dealership, I live an active lifestyle in New Hudson with my 5-year-old son, Logan, hitting the gym, being social, and cheering loudly for our Michigan sports teams. I look forward to assisting you with your automotive needs!

Great service from start to finish

Kyle’s is an awesome sales person. He was attentive to my needs and worked hard to ensure he put me in a vehicle that meets my needs. He also understood that my reason for trading in my K5 was so that I could get an SUV where I would be able to add a hitch for my bike. Unfortunately the dealership still doesn’t have the hitch in stock but he will work something out with me on cost once they do come in. I’m very impressed with Kyle and his willingness to work with me so that my needs are met. I give him a 10 out of 10!
