About Josh
I joined the Al Serra Auto Plaza in January 2011 after spending five years with another automotive group. From the beginning, I focused on building lasting customer relationships, growing professionally, and becoming part of a team and culture that truly felt like home. In August 2017, I decided to pursue an opportunity outside the organization. Nine years and countless experiences later, I’m incredibly excited to be back home with the Serra Team! Returning to Serra has allowed me to reconnect with longtime customers and coworkers, and with a culture that made my time here so meaningful. I believe that strong sense of community is a big part of what makes Serra Automotive unique, and it’s something our customers experience every day. At Al Serra, customers come first, and I’m proud to be once again part of an organization that puts relationships, service, and people at the heart of everything we do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. My passions include cars, golf, hunting, and, of course, Michigan football.
