About Josh
I grew up in Flushing. I have always been around the auto industry, and I have always liked the environment. Before starting at Al Serra, I was in the skills trade for about eight years. I loved the skills trades but wanted to try something new for my family and me. I have been here for a while now, and I love it so far. Some of the activities I do outside of work are welding projects, sports, outdoor adventure, and being a dad.

Although you were not the one to work on my car I trusted that you would have made sure it was good to go. After receiving my car from a simple oil change and driving around I noticed a burning smell. Upon further inspection the oil cap had been left off my car and was spewing oil all over the engine bay. Al Serra did make it right after being it back in and I do appreciate that.
