Smooth. I spoke with Joe on the phone for a couple of days before arriving at Al Serra. Our conversations were short and to the point. Joe gave me good numbers on my trade in and the vehichle I bought.

Joe was fantastic. From the beginning, I was seeking information on another vehicle that had already sold, but Joe found another option that was worth looking at. I traveled about an hour to the dealership and would without a doubt do it again. At no point did I feel pressured, and he presented all options to me. After the purchase but prior to taking delivery, he checked in, made himself available, and answered any questions I had promptly. He is also extremely personable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I absolutely recommend Joe. Even if you’re an hour away, it’s worth the trip!
