I joined the Al Serra Team in 2017 and have been a service manager since 1995, working with Saturn, CDJR, Buick GMC, Cadillac, and Honda rooftops. In my leisure time, I enjoy traveling with my wife and spending time with my family. The best part of my job is the association with so many great people, all committed to providing a world-class customer experience.
