I began working at Al Serra in 2017. I have been in the dealership world for almost 17 years. I have worked in service as a technician for 4 years, in parts for 12 years, and recently moved to a Service Advisor at the Cadillac building. I have 2 kids, a boy, and a girl, and my weekends are spent making memories with them. My passions include my family, automobiles, ATVs, and the outdoors. I strive to make all my customers happy with their visit. A trip to the Service Department is not always planned, but it is always an opportunity to help someone through a tough situation.
