Fantastic! I went to Al Serra Auto Plaza to look at a specific car, and when I got there discovered it wasn't a good fit. JT, however, was! He did my try to pressure me into spending out of my comfort zone, but rather took the time to really help me find a car I love in my price range. I didn't buy a car day one, but I knew day one that I didn't want to even look anywhere else: I trusted JT was looking out for ME not for himself and I wanted to buy from him. I did buy my Honda from him a few weeks later, and he made it easy! I'd recommend him to anybody I love

He had one decent mistake, failing to explain the 0% financing and loss of the rebate if I chose that. This cost me three separate hits on my credit report, and I ended up paying cash for the vehicle.
