As a college graduate, I have a solid educational foundation that supports my work ethic and passion for helping others. With a previous background in the healthcare field, I understand the importance of empathy, attention to detail, and teamwork. Now, I carry those values into my new role. I had my car in to be assessed for water damage, and the car was ultimately a total loss. Jennifer was great about providing me updates and working with the insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. She made the process manageable and much less stressful than it could have been. She was kind, empathetic, a great communicator from start to finish.
