With a previous background in the healthcare field, I understand the importance of empathy, attention to detail, and teamwork. Now, I carry those values into my new role. Jennifer IS a 10! She's thoroughly professional while also being friendly, personable, and "real". Jennifer's communication with my husband on the phone was like a call from a good friend who was helping us out.
