Great customer service! Very friendly. Definitely a pleasure to work with especially since the service I received at the Chevy service dept (the last 2x's I was there) was well below average. I was not coming back to Al Serra for service. Jacob did a fantastic job and you should be proud to have him as part of your team. The technician did a great job too. Thank you!
