About Jacob
I joined Al Serra in 2026, but my career in the automotive industry began four years earlier. Customers continue returning to me for service because of my easygoing attitude and excellent listening skills. I listen to every customer's concerns and provide clear, helpful answers and outstanding service. I love getting to know people and seeing how I can help solve the issues they may be having. I grew up in Davison, MI. I love to spend time with my family and friends, especially my son Jack. I enjoy being outdoors and camping with family.

Wonderful, listened to what I wanted. Took time with me gave lots of options and we drove 3 vehicles to test drive. Had me look at the vehicle I didn’t want we test drove and I love it. Took me a minute to get used to it but I can’t imagine being as happy with the others. Communication wonderful, I have a friend who is getting ready to purchase a vehicle I will be sending her to Jacob my husband was impressed as well. Mark us happy customers.
