Fred himself was great but the overall experience with getting my vehicle inspected is another story. Alserra wanted to charge me $500 to look at my car brake/tire system when this was the last shop to perform any work.

Fred is always great to work with. I'm very disappointed, however, that nobody seems to be taking my refund from enterprise seriously. I am owed back over $200 and I always get let me check on it and I'll call you back. Nobody calls me back. So, seems nobody is trying very hard. I am a single mom and this money is a lot for me.
