Absolutely perfect, start-to-finish. My purchase involved a 2 1/2-year old Outback I wanted to trade in (to go EV) but I wasn't sure I could get enough value for. Erik helped me feel better about the process and I never felt like I was being given the hard sell on anything. Erik worked a lot to find a Trailseeker with my desired specs and, in the end we ended up ordering one. My Outback was my favorite car ever...now my Trailseeker is. 10/10 for Erik!
