I joined Al Serra in 2024 and have always been proud of listening before speaking and providing the best customer service possible. I grew up in Fenton, MI, and love spending time with family and friends. I graduated from Grand Valley State University, so go Lakers! A hobby I love to do is golfing! Helping others brings me pure happiness, and working at Al Serra Auto Plaza has allowed me to help create moments that will last a lifetime!

David was amazing to work with again! I have worked with David for all 4 of my vehicle purchases and he has yet to treat me like anything less than a best friend. I have recommended him personally to all my friends and family. He makes you feel like you are the VIP in the room weather your a first time buyer or repeat customer. David even takes the time to completely research the vehicles your interested in so you are aware of what your getting in to. I am so thankful for everything Dave did to make this deal come through! This has been a process I have been wanting to accomplish for a long time and Dave went above and beyond to get us this dream truck! I reached out to Dave and told him we would LOVE to have a Chevy Silverado but from the research I did the GMC Serra would be a more affordable option for our family. Dave worked endlessly to get us the dream truck we wanted and a great deal without having to sit at the dealership for hours! He did all the hard work so I did not have to! I highly recommend working with him! I will be going back to Dave soon to upgrade my Volkswagen and I already have full faith and excitement that he will make it just as great!!

Easy. I didn't feel pressured when we drove on the lot. The sales reps hung back, didn't attack us while we were looking at cars, and waited for us to approach. I appreciated that. David was easy to talk to. Friendly and got the work done quickly.
