For over 20 years I owned and operated my own small businesses. Great customer service has always been my primary objective. I realize that our guests are the most important aspect of doing business and giving them a positive buying experience is my #1 goal! I am very transparent and wholly believe that honesty is the best policy. I take a great deal of pride in the fact that I’m good at what I do and I enjoy coming to work! My wife and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage and we have 2 kids together. We get outdoors as often as possible and enjoy mountain biking, dirt biking, shooting, and general “outdoorsy” stuff. Some of our best times have been spent in the woods or on the river. We are also very involved in travel league soccer. Both of my boys are on state premier soccer teams and we’ve enjoyed the challenges, sacrifices, and comradery it has provided us over the years. At the Al Serra Auto Plaza we have 12 different brands as well as a huge used/certified pre-owned vehicle inventory. From lease to purchase, I’m able to assist my customers with all of them! Best experience, no pressure sales , friendly and attentive to my needs sales person. Darrel is the very best. He was so knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly which vehicle met my needs, which I was very unsure about! But he asked probing questions and shared relevant information about a few different makes and models and helped me narrow down exactly what's important to me. He also was extremely upfront about pricing and helped me determine which finance products might be useful to me and which I was less interested in. Finally, he got me into the new vehicle within 2 business days, even though there was a power outage at a dealership on the 2nd day :) I will 100% be recommending Darrel and Al Serra to whoever is looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy dealership.
