Dale was awesome, just what I needed during a very stressful time where I had just been in a bad car accident and my car was totaled. I originally contacted the person who sold me my first car from Al Serra a few years ago. That person stated they would help me but never followed through. That was very disappointing and disrespectful to not even message back again when this person knew I had no car and needed immediate help. Dale stepped up and has been a God send. Very organized, on top of things, knowledgeable, and punctual. I will stick with Dale from here on out and highly recommend him.
