I've never used Al Serra before. Went for routine maintenance and Cody was wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable, kept me informed, and took care of everything.

I brought my vehicle in for engine light on. He told me it needed a purge pump and it would cost over $500 dollars. I was a bit confused because I bought an extended warranty to cover things like this. I know you service writers have a way of looking these things up. So I’m a bit annoyed that he wouldn’t check out to see if the customer purchased and extended warranty first before he telling the customer they owe the total amount for parts and labor. So that’s why I’m giving him a score of 7.
