About Chris
I am a lifelong Metro-Detroiter (except for college in South Carolina) who has been married to his college sweetheart for almost 20 years. As a former/retired teacher, customer service is of the utmost importance to me (and something I pride myself on). I collect sneakers, enjoy golf, and spend time with my children in my spare time. My son is active in travel sports, and my daughter is active in dance and gymnastics.

I have been going to Al Serra for years. Chris was the BEST I have ever had. He had compassion when I found out my car was going to be over 4000.00 & it would be in the shop for a week. I had a sick family member about an hour , he got me a rental car NC. Upon getting my car back he emptied my stuff back into my car. He went Above & Beyond!!! We need more like Chris who shows what customer service should be .

Chris was excellent to work with. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help resolve a situation and make sure everything was taken care of. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Because of that, I’ll be getting all of my service done at Al Serra going forward. I really appreciated his help!

Chris was great to work with. He kept me up to date and informed with the progress of my vehicle. And when I had additional issues thought to be related to the recent repairs, he made it convenient for me to get my vehicle back in to address the concerns.
