I am a lifelong Metro-Detroiter (except for college in South Carolina) who has been married to his college sweetheart for almost 20 years. As a former/retired teacher, customer service is of the utmost importance to me (and something I pride myself on). I collect sneakers, enjoy golf, and spend time with my children in my spare time. My son is active in travel sports, and my daughter is active in dance and gymnastics.

IMHO, Chris is the best Service Advisor in the world! He told me and he has proven to me, he has my back! Chris is the only reason I drive by your competitor dealer in Lapeer and continue on for 34 minutes to have my Durango instead serviced at Al Serra. While I have your attention, I doubt Chris can help with the one problem I have with Al Serra and that is I miss the days when you changed my oil for $12. Sincerely, Kenneth Cassell
