About Blake
I grew up in the auto industry. My Dad has worked for GM for 25 years; one of my Grandfathers retired from Ford, another from GM, and my Great-Grandfather retired from GM. I have always enjoyed learning about cars and how so many pieces come together to give us a means of transportation. I had tried other fields before I turned to the auto industry, but never found my niche. Still, it allowed me to build excellent communication skills. I enjoy my position as a service advisor here at Al Serra. It allows me to keep learning daily and share it with the great customers I meet and work with. Being able to help people and make their vehicle repair experience enjoyable is something that is satisfying for me. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors. I spent some time as a white water raft guide and have ambitions to make a self-supported trip through the Grand Canyon. I have a beautiful fiancé and two dogs at home. I am the oldest of six siblings; I grew up in Mt. Morris, MI.

Blake was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. It was raining that day and my wife was with me and she had a broken angle and he returned the car inside the building so she wouldn’t have to walk in the rain.
