About Bill
I have been with Al Serra since 2020, but my dealership experience started in 1987. I take pride in helping technicians solve customers' problems. Outside of work, I like attending sporting events and am a huge fan of our Detroit teams. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially my six grandchildren. They are the BEST!
