This was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was incredibly streamlined and efficient. Austin took care of absolutely everything—from helping us select the perfect vehicle and handling our trade-in, to finalizing the financing and walking us through delivery—all in a short period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the options and took the time to clearly explain the new technology. I highly recommend working with Austin!

Austin was a delight to work with. He never applied any pressure throughout the entire experience, yet was very thorough and professional. I love the fact that Al Serra has just one person for customers to work with. I am glad I had Austin. Austin did a great with the walk through, explaining all of the new features from my previous Grand Cherokee. I love my new Grand Cherokee!
