He was incredible. Even though the computer system was glitchy, Andreas made us feel like he was truly enjoying working through our paperwork. Met Andreas on the lot while my wife and I were shopping for new vehicle. As an operations manager what impressed me was that Andreas while serving an other customer and passing by stopped and asked did we need assistance. He provided his card and some info. I returned on Monday to do business with Andreas and purchased a new Jeep. During the purchase he was efficient, polite and did very well.
