About Amanda
I joined the Al Serra family in 2017, but my grandfather worked at Al Serra as a salesman for many years. Al Serra is truly like family. I have 22 years of customer service experience and aim to deliver high-quality service to every guest. I am a big fan of the University of Michigan. Outside of work, my life revolves around my daughter. She is an athlete who plays three sports, two of which are travel. That is where much of my time is spent away from work, but I would not change it for the world. This personal commitment helps me understand the importance of time and dedication, which I bring to my role at the dealership.
